Responsibilities
Oversee compliance for directives, forms, general messages, and all publication types
Perform final accessibility, grammar, formatting, and template compliance checks
Maintain audit portfolios with ≥95% accuracy
Guide Sponsors through development, templates, approvals, and concurrence processes
Lead lifecycle documentation and ensure internal controls are met
Represent contractor team in weekly scrums and update trackers
Document accomplishments and issues in Monthly Reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years internal controls/lifecycle publishing experience
Intermediate MS Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, Power Apps proficiency
Strong English mastery
508 remediation familiarity
Preferred
Bachelor's in IT, Policy, Admin, Library Science, Homeland Security, or English
