Responsibilities
Deploy and customize AI infrastructure in customer environments
Build integrations with customer data, systems, and internal tools
Work hands-on with engineers, ML teams, and security stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in production
Translate customer needs into product feedback and technical improvements
Act as a trusted technical partner throughout onboarding and scaling
Help shape deployment playbooks and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering background (Python, Helm Charts, Kubernetes)
Experience working with customers in technical or solutions-focused roles
Comfort deploying software in cloud or enterprise environments
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work in-office 4 days per week (Bay Area or NYC)
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or data infrastructure
