Responsibilities
Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes
Cross-train at different stations to ensure versatility
Handle and maneuver small components with great dexterity
Work under a microscope to assemble parts accurately
Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Adhere to clean room protocols and safety regulations
Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Great hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts
Understanding of measurements using rulers and calipers
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes
Cross-train at different stations to ensure versatility
Handle and maneuver small components with great dexterity
Work under a microscope to assemble parts accurately
Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Adhere to clean room protocols and safety regulations
Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes
Preferred
Preferably 6 months or more of experience in medical assembly or similar manufacturing/assembly roles, but open to entry-level candidates
Experience with microscopes and clean room environments is advantageous
Longevity in previous positions and a desire for long-term career opportunities are valued
