Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow
Manage raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination
Set-up and adjust injection molding machines ranging from 540 tons to 1100 tons
Perform basic mold maintenance
Exercise special care to ensure the machine is running correctly, as damage to a machine may be costly
Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products
Accurately record job transactions
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in machine operation and production
Ability to operate and manage molding machines effectively
Preferred
Some manufacturing experience
