Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair dies to maintain production quality and efficiency
Work with high-speed stamping equipment and manual machines
Ensure tools and dies meet precision standards and tight tolerances
Perform preventative maintenance and adjustments on dies and tooling
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and resolve tooling issues
Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications
Qualification
Required
Tool and die repair experience
Strong knowledge of high-precision machining and tight tolerance requirements
Experience in die maintenance and tooling
