Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Sparkline Platform
Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with business objectives
Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with SAP BTP, CAP, HANA Cloud, UI5/Fiori, Event Mesh, and ServiceNow teams
Ensure features comply with Clean Core principles, enterprise compliance, and SaaS standards
Conduct stakeholder meetings, product demos, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement
Mentor junior product owners or associate POs (if applicable)
Qualification
Required
12–15 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in enterprise SaaS or SAP product environments
Strong understanding of SAP BTP, CAP, HANA, UI5/Fiori, Event Mesh, and multi-tenant SaaS
Proven experience leading product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization
Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodology
Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow or workflow automation integrations
Exposure to AI/ML-powered platforms (SAP Joule / Analytics)
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR)
Prior experience in product-first SAP companies or ISVs
