Responsibilities
Initiate and support continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrate a positive attitude and set an example to influence positive change
Evaluate processes globally. Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to resolve them. This may include working with shop floor personnel to evaluate and implement process mapping, and other appropriate activities to improve process flow and efficiency
Work with cross-functional groups, across the company, from shop floor to senior management
Demonstrate factual decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and critically evaluating business data
Participate in root-cause analysis of process and product issues
Prepare project and management reports as required
Lead project training and give management presentations as required
Qualification
Required
