Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines including drill press, shear, lathe, and grinder
Run production parts and ensure machines are operating efficiently
Load parts into machines, start programs, and monitor the production process
Check parts for quality after they are offloaded
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments
Stage finished parts for orders
Qualification
Required
Experience with CNC machine operation and programming
Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment and machinery
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Open to candidates with lower-level experience in operating CNC machines
Experience in machining and grinding is a plus
