Senior Associate - Digital Product Management

Responsibilities
Engage and collaborate with various teams across marketing, analytics, tech and product to help drive the anti-gaming and offer decisioning strategy of the new in-application experience
Responsible for executing on the Card & Offer Decision Engine’s platform vision
Enhance cross-functional product roadmaps
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Product Management/Development
Passion for creating best-in-class products and experiences with a customer-first mindset
Ability to build, maintain and prioritize a product backlog
Foundation data skills (Table Building, Querying/SQL etc.)
Ability to effectively adapt under changing task priorities and in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, critical thinker with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives
Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
Experience with SAFe Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian Suite, and Slack
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement
Driven, curious and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and collaborate to make an impact
