Responsibilities

Perform high-quality product assembly, modification, and system integration using technical documentation including prints, illustrations, and schematics
Consistently meet or exceed routing times, MPP requirements, project budgets, and delivery deadlines
Support corporate objectives and operational goals (OMQ)
Follow all defined process steps; complete and document in-process checks; verify and review work for accuracy before sign-off
Deliver workmanship that meets internal standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry requirements
Layout, position, install, and secure robots and related automation equipment
Power up and safely manipulate/jog robot axis for setup and verification
Load, upgrade, and back up robot software systems
Teach basic robot paths and program robots for automated, unattended operation
Perform testing and functional verification of products and systems per control plans, engineering releases, or testing procedures (e.g., PDE EX)

Required

Execute product manufacturing and system integration activities to meet business and customer requirements
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computer-based assembly with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Apply technical expertise and product knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and internal quality standards
