Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance activities on all processing equipment
Diagnose and repair equipment failures as well as recommend and implement changes that will improve equipment reliability
Utilize skills and knowledge in performance of daily repairs (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic of processing equipment)
Follow all procedures such as lockout/tagout and safety procedure
Assist the engineering group with the design and fabrication of production equipment- Able to train and mentor maintenance associates
Is proficient in troubleshooting automated equipment and controls
Qualification
Required
