Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules, participating in all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Partner with institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to Workday functionality
Configure Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules to meet defined requirements
Develop and execute test plans and scripts, supporting unit, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets institutional needs
Assist end-users during the hypercare period, providing rapid resolution for system issues, data discrepancies, and functional questions within Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, actively contributing to issue resolution, project status updates, and continuous improvement throughout the deployment lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience
3+ years of experience with the functional support of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Workday Student certification(s)
Bachelor's degree
Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Actively Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions Certified
