Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in document review projects, including e-discovery and privilege reviews
Manage document review teams and second-level review processes
Assist with organizing case files, evidence, and investigative materials
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and external vendors
Conduct thorough legal research and factual analysis
Prepare, review, and revise memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
Draft client correspondence and respond to legal and procedural inquiries
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and good standing in the state of practice
1–3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment
Expertise in Relativity and legal technology applications
Strong proficiency with legal research platforms
Experience with project management, vendor coordination, and e-discovery processes
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex matters
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
