Welcome Every Guest: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations and waiting lists, and seat guests efficiently
Manage Communication: Answer phones and maintain organized seating charts to ensure smooth service flow
Deliver Excellent Service: Provide menus, introduce guests to their servers, and handle inquiries or concerns with care and professionalism
Keep It Tidy: Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance area, and front-of-house environment
Support the Team: Communicate table status with servers and assist with guest flow during peak periods
Share Information: Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, or events to enhance their dining experience
Qualification
Required
