Responsibilities
Perform end-of-line inspections and measurements using calipers, Faro Arm/CMM, tape measure, angle finders, and other inspection equipment
Work from blueprints to ensure products meet detailed specifications
Conduct visual and strength testing on welds
Report quality findings to production operators and collaborate with Leads and Trainers to resolve issues
Document and report quality issues to customers and internally
Stand firm in addressing any product issues with production operators
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of inspection experience in-line or within a quality department
Strong communication skills to effectively address and resolve production issues
Familiarity with ISO audits and ability to assist in audit preparations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Perform end-of-line inspections and measurements using calipers, Faro Arm/CMM, tape measure, angle finders, and other inspection equipment
Work from blueprints to ensure products meet detailed specifications
Conduct visual and strength testing on welds
Report quality findings to production operators and collaborate with Leads and Trainers to resolve issues
Document and report quality issues to customers and internally
Stand firm in addressing any product issues with production operators
Preferred
Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, Faro Arm, and micrometers
Prefer candidates with a CWI, or interest to obtain it
Knowledge of weld inspection and ISO standards
