Responsibilities
Monitor and operate cleanroom wafer fab equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures
Program tools to run engineering tests and experimental processes
Partner with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
Respond to tool alarms, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes to ensure successful processing
Disposition non‑conforming materials according to established guidelines
Assist with engineering tests throughout all process steps
Support low‑yield investigations by identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
Document standard work and update procedures as process improvements are implemented
Collect, analyze, and compile processing data; generate standardized reports for engineers and technicians
Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with engineering teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cleanroom environment using 6S (5S + Safety) principles
Train operators on standard operations across multiple process steps
Support Process and R&D Engineers with evaluations, troubleshooting, and equipment or process issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation, semiconductor manufacturing, or cleanroom manufacturing
Ability to follow detailed operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with technical equipment
Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment
Preferred
Prior cleanroom experience preferred but not required
