Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions
Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
Assist in planning and executing equipment upgrades and installations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical circuits, and industrial automation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Certification
OSHA Safety Training
PLC Programming Experience
