Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and inventory
Verify shipments for accuracy, damage, and documentation discrepancies
Pick, pack, and ship materials; coordinate with freight carriers as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock systems
Locate parts, part numbers, and vendors using manuals, drawings, and online resources
Support hazmat documentation for domestic and international shipments
Optimize warehouse organization and storage space
Follow PPE, safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
For Repair Station roles: Perform visual inspections and verify part/serial numbers against certification documents
Provide basic training and support to team members as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of relevant logistics, warehouse, or inventory experience
Hazmat/Dangerous Goods training required
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
DOT or IATA certification
Forklift license
Associate degree
