Physician - Family Medicine / Women's Health / OB-GYN
Ignite Human Capital is seeking a full-time Physician with experience in Family Medicine and Women’s Health/OB-GYN to join a busy outpatient clinical setting in Riverside, CA. This role provides comprehensive primary care and women’s health services, including preventive care, gynecologic services, and obstetric care.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications and treatments, including immunizations
Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, disease prevention, nutrition, and hygiene
Conduct physical examinations for school, employment, and insurance requirements
Refer patients to medical specialists as clinically appropriate
Follow up on high-risk and urgent cases to ensure continuity of care
Perform gynecologic exams including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams
Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infections, and menopause-related symptoms
Provide prenatal care, including routine exams, screenings, and management of high-risk pregnancies
Offer family planning services and contraceptive counseling
Perform in-office procedures such as:
Colposcopies
Endometrial biopsies
IUD insertions and removals
Contraceptive implant placement and removal
Educate patients on reproductive health, preventive care, and treatment options
Provide counseling related to fertility, pregnancy, and women’s health concerns
Work collaboratively with care teams to support positive patient outcomes
Support training and professional development of medical staff
Demonstrate professionalism and patient-centered care at all times
Review and maintain accurate patient medical records
Document visits including history, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and vaccinations in accordance with patient conditions and allergies
Respond promptly to clinical communications and patient inquiries
Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, licensing requirements, and best practices
Qualification
Required
MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted California medical license
Valid DEA registration
Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through an AHA-approved provider
Proficiency in gynecologic exams, procedures, and obstetric care
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in family medicine, women's health, and obstetric care
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice
