Qualification
Required
Associate of Applied science required
COMP TIA A+ required within 9 months
6 months of experience providing technical support relevant to job duties required
Preferred
Bachelor of science in Information Technology, Computer Science or Related field preferred
IT Fundamentals preferred
3 years of experience in providing technical support relevant job duties preferred
