They are seeking a West Coast Territory Sales Representative to grow their LED Lighting and controls business by leveraging a strong network of industry contacts to drive revenue and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Harness your network of industry contacts to grow the revenue of the commercial lighting market in your territory
Identify key customers and create strategy within the given territory
Look for new business opportunities by calling on end-users and specifiers (consultants, engineers, and architects)
Organize and update CRM System
Promote our unique value proposition, emphasizing our commitment to advanced technologies
Keep leadership informed with regular reports on forecasts and the sales pipeline
Represent MHT Technologies at industry events, enhancing our brand visibility
Work alongside our marketing team to craft targeted strategies that resonate with our key segments
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of experience in the commercial LED Lighting and Controls Market
A strong background and understanding of Lighting and controls specification, OEM and distribution sales
Ideal candidate would have worked directly for a controls company in the last 2 years
Knowledge of the competition and their product offerings
A strong network, including relationships with distributors, contractors, end-users, architects, lighting designers, and engineers, enabling you to drive quick wins and long-term growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results oriented
50% travel is required within territory
