Responsibilities
Own the implementation and evolution of UI components, styling architecture, and design tokens
Lead frontend efforts to enhance accessibility, performance, and responsiveness
Collaborate with product and design teams to explore and validate interface patterns early in development
Deliver pixel-perfect implementations that work seamlessly across all modern browsers and screen sizes
Mentor frontend developers on best practices around CSS architecture, responsive design, and accessibility
Help expand and maintain the internal design system (e.g., with tools like Figma, Storybook, etc.)
Conduct UX/UI audits and recommend improvements to drive a better user experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building modern web application UIs
Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, Typescript, and React
Strong experience working with and scaling design systems
Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
Experience integrating with AI or machine learning APIs
Skilled in translating designs into code with pixel-level accuracy
A passion for interaction design, consistency, and building scalable component libraries
