Improve development velocity quality and operational excellence
Champion DevOps CICD automation and cloudnative practices
Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
8 years of software engineering experience
3 years managing engineering teams
Strong handson background in Java NET Python JavaScript any modern stack
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP
Solid understanding of system design microservices APIs databases
Experience with AgileScrum methodologies
