Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for multifamily building products
Manage projects from order award through completion and closeout
Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and installation schedules
Track project budgets, change orders, and documentation
Communicate with general contractors, developers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management and/or estimating within building products or multifamily construction
Strong understanding of multifamily construction workflows and schedules
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid organizational, cost-control, and communication skills
Professional, client-facing approach
