Responsibilities
Drive all labs test issues to closure. Understand technical literature from the tests reports and work with R&D to come up with solutions to fix the bugs found by the validation teams
Lead technical discussions with internal R&D\Labs\architecture hermal\productions\PgM\ purchasing etc. teams and drive the product development to product release
Proactively engage customers’ technical discussions to define specific product specifications and select corresponding components to fulfill customers’ requirements
Work with production and PgM teams to arrange production plan and schedules
Follow up with all internal stake holders in order to facilitate internal documentation processes (related to the projects)
Assemble and disassemble servers for labs\R&D and customer samples
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in system/server architecture is desirable
Demonstrated ability in product marketing and/or product management role, must have managed a number of products from initial concept through development, launch, and end-of-life
Strong knowledge with computer architecture
Exceptional communication and presentation skill is a must, able to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback
Experiences in either fields: server/ storage/ switch/ CPU/ GPU/liquid cooling hardware or BIOS/BMC/IPMI/ server management software/ rack clustering software
Ability to translate customer demands into product specifications
Be able to lead technical discussions with customers
Be able to coordinate with internal teams
Proactive, problem-solver, accountable, and exhibit proven history to learn from failures
