Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive neurological evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of neurological conditions
Interpret diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG, and neuroimaging as appropriate
Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and rehabilitation services to ensure coordinated patient care
Participate in inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic coverage
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities
Promote patient education and preventive neurological health strategies
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Neurology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Preferred
Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates and recent residents are encouraged to apply
