Responsibilities
Assist with each job function in the Finance Department
Assist the Finance Director and Senior Assistant Finance Director by completing various daily operational tasks
Assist with accounts payable, purchasing, budget, fixed assets and grants management
Data entry into the financial system and Excel
Create spreadsheets, financial reports and budget documents
Be a back-up in the case where Accounts Payable Specialist, Procurement, Procurement Administrator and Grants Administrator are not available
Demonstrate intermediate computer and office skills
Work irregular hours and attend job related meetings
Perform other duties as assigned due to the nature of the position
Qualification
Required

Be a self-starter, reliable, detail oriented, and professional
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Show intermediate computer and office skills
Be available to work irregular hours and attend job-related meetings
