They are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the development of a strategic Energy Park in California, overseeing the project from early-stage development through to Ready-to-Build.

Responsibilities
Lead project development from greenfield through RTB / NTP readiness
Negotiate and manage land leases, options, easements, and title coordination
Define and execute permitting strategies including CEQA, CUP/SUP, and AHJ approvals
Lead interconnection strategy for limited-export, non-export, or hybrid configurations (CAISO / IOUs)
Manage utility coordination, queue positions, feasibility studies, SIS, and grid upgrades
Oversee development budgets, schedules, and risk registers
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to support NTP / MC / COD / SC milestones
Qualification
Required
7+ years of renewable energy project development experience (solar PV and/or BESS)
Proven experience delivering projects in California
Strong knowledge of CEQA, CA permitting, and utility interconnection processes
Preferred
Experience with behind-the-meter or load-serving projects
