Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to factory and dealership standards
Perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs efficiently
Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity
Accurately document work performed on repair orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work within a fair dispatch system designed to maximize technician efficiency
Stay current with Toyota systems, tools, and evolving technology
Qualification
Required
Proven automotive technician experience (mid-level or master level)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
Valid driver's license
Preferred
ASE Certifications preferred
Toyota Certification strongly preferred
