VP of Sales for Dealer
Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Dealer to lead dealer-channel sales strategy, partner governance, and long-term revenue development across its external dealer and wholesale network. This role is focused on disciplined channel management, partner performance, and sustainable sales growth within an established retail organization.

Responsibilities
Lead dealer and wholesale sales strategy across assigned markets and partner networks
Manage and govern relationships with key dealers, strategic partners, and regional accounts
Establish dealer sales frameworks, performance standards, and operating disciplines
Oversee sales forecasting, revenue planning, and partner pipeline management
Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance to align dealer sales objectives
Monitor dealer performance, margin quality, and account profitability
Ensure pricing discipline, contract consistency, and compliance across dealer channels
Guide senior dealer sales managers and account leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have at least 25 years of professional development experience, including holding final decision-making responsibility in corporate organizations
Extensive experience in dealer, wholesale, or partner-led sales leadership roles
Proven track record managing complex, relationship-driven sales organizations
Strong understanding of dealer economics, pricing structures, and contract governance
Experience operating within established retail or multi-channel sales environments
Comfortable working closely with executive leadership on channel sales strategy

Background in jewelry, specialty retail, or consumer goods
