The Insurance Collective is a fast-growing, independent insurance agency on a mission to reshape the insurance experience for clients and producers. They are seeking an experienced insurance Producer who can drive new business growth, build client relationships, and leverage modern tools to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Build and nurture long-term client relationships using a consultative, value-based sales approach
Continuously improve hit ratios and closing ratios by refining sales strategies
Gather detailed risk management and underwriting information to support accurate proposals
Develop and present professional insurance proposals that reflect client needs and agency value
Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to service
Anticipate future client needs to support renewals, cross-selling, and account expansion
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue metrics, and market trends
Attend networking events and industry functions to expand presence and opportunities
Accurately document all sales activity, client interactions, and carrier communications in Hawksoft
Leverage modern tools, including CRM and AI-powered platforms, to work smarter—not harder

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry, specifically property and casualty
Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth
Active insurance license(s) or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-forward mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales tools
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performance team
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and excited by growth opportunities
Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events

Preferred

CIC, CPCU, CRM, AINS, or similar designations, or willingness to obtain
