Business Consulting and Services
Responsibilities
Draft motions, responses, replies, and supporting memoranda in Arizona family law matters
Assist with preparation of pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research under Arizona statutes, rules, and case law, including Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure
Organize and analyze case materials, exhibits, and evidence for hearings, mediations, and trials
Prepare affidavits, declarations, and supporting documentation
Manage deadlines and maintain case files in a remote environment
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accuracy, clarity, and strategic consistency in filings
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience as a paralegal in family law matters, with specific experience in Arizona family law preferred
Proven ability to draft high-quality motions and litigation documents with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure and relevant statutes
Excellent legal writing, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote setting
