Program Support Specialist
JEMNI Inc. is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company that focuses on supporting Veterans by providing services in the Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, and Governmental Sectors. The Program Support Specialist role involves acting as a liaison between key customers and distributors, ensuring customer order fulfillment, and responding to inquiries while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities
Enters and maintains the customer order fulfillment system for more complex accounts
Monitors order process to ensure customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation
Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner
Responds to customer inquiries, requests, trouble-shoots problems, and recommends remedial actions
Prepare reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally
Provide information on product availability and pricing, shipment tracing, delivery information, etc
Acquire computer system knowledge and competence, both operational and informational, to perform all functions at a professional level. This includes: Timely order processing, confirmations, order tracking/status updates, product availability, and all other internal and external customer inquiries
Using and promoting proper telephone and email etiquette to answer calls and emails in a timely, polite, and professional manner
Timely resolution of issues by working effectively with all functional areas (sales, ops, finance, etc.) to satisfy customer needs. Manage resolution of pricing, invoicing, credits, payments, shipping discrepancies, and other complex inquiries for the customer with appropriate personnel
Actively participate in company sponsored training sessions, sales/support meetings and division functions
Ability to source product within established procurement guidelines
Provide support to the Center of Excellence (COE)
Perform miscellaneous assignment objectives of Mentor (Veritiv) as required
Qualification
Required
Military Veteran or Service-Disabled Veteran priority (discharged under honorable conditions)
Office environment. Position will be an 'in person – in office'; this position has the flexibility to remote two days/week after proficient training
Must be available to work at customer site when requested
High school or GED required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Preferred
Business Knowledge/Distribution/Packaging Product expertise desired
Post-secondary degree in business or related field preferred
Two years of customer service experience preferred
