Consultant – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

This role involves working closely with clients on leadership solutions, managing the full search lifecycle, and engaging high-caliber candidates to influence recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities
Work with our Partners to shape search strategy, role definition, and target company lists alongside our clients
Deliver market mapping and research to identify high-quality executive and senior leadership candidates
Engage and assess candidates through structured conversations, reference checks, and market validation
Represent clients credibly and discreetly when discussing leadership opportunities in the market
Develop and present well-evidenced candidate shortlists aligned to client requirements
Track and manage search progress, anticipating issues and supporting searches through to completion
Prepare search materials, including role specifications, candidate profiles, and progress updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and market intelligence within internal systems
Monitor leadership movements and trends within relevant sectors and share insight with the wider team
Contribute to business development activity, including proposals and client discussions where appropriate
Work effectively across multiple assignments, managing priorities and deadlines at pace
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to practice-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing
Present to Boards and Chief level with deliverables, outcomes, strategic advice and align with candidates. Manage onboarding processes and work with clients to manage further mandates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least two years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, HR or a related role. If you believe you have what it takes to be a consultant and not from these disciplines, we encourage you to apply
Experience working on senior or executive-level roles and strong research and market-mapping capability, with the ability to identify and engage senior talent credibly
Proven project management skills, with experience handling multiple assignments and competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail and sound professional judgement, alongside an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Preferred
Language skills are advantageous
Benefits
Bonus program of on-target bonus of 40% of base salary and up to 125% for high-achievers inclusive of client originated fees
Hybrid working is embedded in the fabric of our firm. Depending upon your role, we offer work from home, office or hybrid elsewhere for a period of time, although you are likely to be at client site 25 % of the time

Pension program with a non-contributory scheme of 12% of base salary per annum and options how your pension is invested with our preferred asset manager
Relocation is provided by the company for personal items and accommodation for the first three months upon joining, where required
