Responsibilities
Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials
Prepare goods for shipment and post weights and shipping charges
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrappers
Perform SAP transactions including goods receipts, bin-to-bin transfers, material staging, and inventory updates
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
Hand-load carts, racks, and equipment and deliver materials to production areas
Troubleshoot and resolve complex material and warehouse operation issues
Support production schedules by evaluating material needs and maintaining required inventory levels
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and housekeeping policies
Provide training support for onboarding, new procedures, and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years of warehouse/material handling experience
At least 1 year of SAP experience
Forklift operation experience and Forklift Certification required
Valid driver's license required
Certification in Dangerous Goods (IATA, DOT DG, or IMDG)
Extensive SAP knowledge required
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive environment
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
Ability to manage frequent assignment changes
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic PC and Windows proficiency
Experience working in regulated or GMP environments
