Responsibilities
Managing and processing vehicle titles with accuracy while adhering to state guidelines and regulations
Daily tasks include title applications, submitting and tracking title paperwork, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, maintaining records, and organizing titles
Coordinating with customers, dealerships, and government entities to ensure all title processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in managing and processing vehicle titles, conducting title applications, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Effective communication skills for customer service, and to coordinate with dealerships, financial institutions, and government agencies
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in standard office software and dealership management systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, automotive title experience, and familiarity with state title procedures is advantageous
