Responsibilities
Laptop Imaging
Open laptop box , set it up for imaging
Once setup , prepare shipping label and pack and put it for courier to pickup
Troubleshoot Imaging issue
Keep inventory of Assets in store room and work with cnetral logistics team to keep up the record
User support and server room support
Help user with Windows related issues , wifi , printer, printing , Internet
Mount / Unmount devices , give console to central team for troubleshooting
Help with inventory of server room ded for IT issues
Flexible in shift time
Available to support for emergency IT issues during non-business hours if needed
Use Cart to move IT assets within office if needed
Qualification
Required
Experience: 2+ years
