Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to end-of-life wind turbine blade recycling
Build and maintain relationships with wind asset owners, operators, developers, EPCs, decommissioning companies, and procurement teams
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive consistent project flow
Own opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution
Represent Cutting Wind at meetings and industry events
Collaborate internally to align services with market needs and regulatory trends
Qualification
Required
Business development, procurement, or operational experience within the wind energy industry
Demonstrated ability to independently generate and close new business
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience with blade disposal, recycling, decommissioning, or sustainability initiatives
Existing network within wind asset management, procurement, or operations
Background in a growing or entrepreneurial organization
