This entry-level role involves managing security-related tickets, investigating phishing emails, and providing support to end users while gaining hands-on experience in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
Manage and respond to security-related tickets and incidents using the company ticketing system
Investigate emails reported as phishing or suspicious and determine appropriate follow-up actions
Review quarantined emails and determine whether they can be safely released
Monitor and triage security alerts, documenting findings and escalating as needed
Provide security support to end users via phone, chat, and email
Participate in security awareness training and communications
Work with security tools including email security, vulnerability management, and monitoring platforms
Assist with security-related projects and continuous improvement efforts
Work with cross functional teams on security-related projects and implementation
Occasional travel is required
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service focus while adhering to security policies
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Basic understanding of information security concepts
Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and networking
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
Willingness to take on additional tasks within cybersecurity as required
Preferred
Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service
Relevant industry standard certification OR bachelors degree in relevant field (preferred, not required)
