Preparing and filing patent and trademark applications
Docketing
Assisting with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Conducting research related to intellectual property and patent law
Providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in managing intellectual property portfolios
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Patent Applications and experience with Patent Preparation
Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and working with Patent Law
Understanding and familiarity with Intellectual Property principles and related processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in legal research and technical expertise in relevant software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification required
Preferred
A background in law or related disciplines is preferred
Relevant experience in intellectual property law is highly desirable
