Responsibilities
Partner with the leadership in initial client discovery, capabilities, and sales conversations
Translate business problems into high-level AI and automation solution approaches
Articulate architecture options, tradeoffs, feasibility, and constraints to non-technical stakeholders
Provide high-level cost, effort, and timeline ranges (not detailed implementation estimates)
Support go-to-market efforts by establishing technical credibility with prospective clients
Advise on solution design across RPA, AI, data, and workflow automation
Help shape solution narratives, proposals, and client presentations
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during early engagement phases
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience (4+ years) in solutions architecture, technical consulting, presales, or similar roles
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences
Experience designing or advising on AI, automation, RPA, or data-driven solutions using tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar
Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage client conversations
Ability to provide credible high-level cost and effort guidance without over-committing
Client-facing mindset with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
