Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the general accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal controls
Partner with internal teams to drive the optimization of accounting processes and systems
Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and facilitate the audit process
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior leadership, offering strategic insights
Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives across finance operations
Support internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
CPA with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and experience working in a Big Four firm or a similarly fast-paced, high-performance environment
Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a focus on continuous improvement
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Teamwork and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus
