Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions
Build and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
Drive Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Own code quality, technical documentation, and development standards
Identify opportunities to optimize performance, automation, and user experience
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Background leading Salesforce development initiatives or acting as technical owner
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
