3METAD is a creative group focused on producing high-quality 3D content for the Metaverse and NFT Space. They are seeking a graphic designer to create innovative designs and graphics for gaming projects, collaborating with a team to enhance user experience and aesthetics.

Computer Games

Responsibilities

Work with the art director to create compelling, high-quality graphics, in-game menu UI/UX, badges, logos, and environment 2d graphics, for websites and games
Create original graphics assets, including logos, essential art, backgrounds, and cinematographic, for use in marketing, social media, and editorial projects
Create wireframes and prototypes for new in-game menu and website designs
Optimize existing designs for a better user experience
Work with developers to implement designs
Test designs for functionality and usability
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
Work closely with leads to ensure that menu designs are user-friendly and fit the game’s overall aesthetic
Demonstrate an ability to design creative and innovative menu layouts for video games, card games, logos, and websites
Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Required

2+ years experience in graphic design
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with web design, layout, and responsive design
Experience with game design, menus, and user interface design
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly designs
Able to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly
Experienced in working with a team of developers to create visually appealing and functional designs
Able to take direction and feedback from clients and team members to create the best possible product
Being able to adapt realism, fantasy, and sci-fi art style
Understanding design theory, including layout, color, typography, hierarchy, and current design trends
Exceptional design aesthetic, versatility in visual style, and awareness of design trends and innovation
Create visually appealing designs and on-brand for the client
Able to design for both digital and print media
Adaptable in creating designs to fit the requirements of different media
Able to design clean, readable, and effective graphic designs
Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
Possess strong time management skills
Able to work well as part of a team or individually
Able to do detailed research and apply it to work context
Possess strong graphic design skills
Unreal Engine game experience

Preferred

Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work, including game menus, Logos, Web UI/UX, and other game-related graphics
Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field
Demonstrate experience with various graphic design software programs
Be passionate about video gaming and graphics' role in creating an immersive gaming experience
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
