Responsibilities
Responsible for providing service and sales in the home medical equipment showroom
Provides features and benefits of products to patients
Maintains certifications on equipment and supplies
Serves as the first point of contact in troubleshooting medical equipment in customer homes and in the store
Manages customer accounts to ensure insurance coverage is correct, schedules appropriate follow up appointments with therapists and reviews follow up order requests

Must possess multi-tasking abilities
Must possess prioritization skills
Computer software applications proficiency
Preferred
1+ years prior medical field customer service experience
Prior retail sales experience
