Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. This role will involve bridging business requirements with technical solutions, managing cloud migration projects, and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience
1+ years of working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams experience
3+ years of cloud computing experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
Preferred
project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
AWS certification
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
Knowledge of DoD/IC technical mission approaches and the applicability of the commercial cloud
