Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store
Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position
Operate the store in the GM’s absence and uphold the same standards as the GM
Assist in the leading, training and development of all store team members
Excellent communication, people management and motivational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Provide exceptional guest service
Understand the value of teamwork
Previous Fast Casual work experience i.e. Chipotle/Panera/Saladworks is preferred but not required
