Responsibilities
Support and maintain cloud environments including Azure App Services, networking, and application hosting
Assist with environment setup, configuration changes, and access management
Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and assist with incident triage and resolution
Assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
Partner with developers to ensure smooth, repeatable deployments
Help maintain consistency across development, staging, and production environments
Investigate infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues
Escalate complex problems while providing clear documentation and context
Contribute to system documentation, workflows, and operational runbooks
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
Assist with scripting and tooling improvements
Participate in team standups and DevOps planning sessions
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT, cloud, or DevOps-related roles
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services or similar platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle
Understanding of cloud networking, load balancing, and security fundamentals
Scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Python
Working knowledge of deployment automation and environment management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive learner with curiosity for DevOps and cloud technologies
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
