EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ASSISTANT
UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center is seeking an Executive Director Assistant who will perform a variety of highly responsible, confidential and complex administrative support functions for the Executive Director. The role includes overseeing office activities, coordinating meetings, and serving as a primary point of contact for the Executive Director.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Executive Director; to include coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, special projects and travel; receive, screen and route incoming calls; greet and direct visitors; respond to complaints and inquiries
Compose and distribute correspondence, memorandums, and reports of a technical or confidential nature
Attend meetings and serve as recording secretary; transcribe, type and distribute information to appropriate staff as necessary
Perform routine payroll and personnel functions
May serve as a liaison for assigned Executive Director; provide information and assistance to internal and external customers
Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment
Maintain inventory of office supplies; order supplies as needed
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree
2 years directly related experience
Related Education and Experience may be substituted for one another on a year for year basis
