Responsibilities

Review and analyze loan documents, opinions, leases, title policies, surveys, and other diligence materials related to commercial real estate financings
Identify and communicate potential issues with clarity and precision
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across multiple offices to ensure efficient and accurate transaction support
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent matters

Qualification

Required

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (North Carolina or New York preferred)
At least five years of experience in commercial real estate finance, ideally representing institutional lenders
Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and related due diligence
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
